Privacy Policy

The Personal Data Protection Policy establishes the principles and guidelines that must govern the protection of personal data, guaranteeing, in all cases, compliance with the applicable legislation.

This Privacy Policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" and, where not provided for in this Regulation, with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing the Organic Law on Data Protection, and Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.

This website collects personal data necessary for the management and maintenance of some of the services provided.

Inurban SAU, with Tax Identification Number A30135875, with registered office at Carretera de Villena, Km. 1, Yecla (Murcia), post code 30510, is responsible for the processing of the data as owner of the "website". It is registered in the Mercantile Register of Murcia, Volume 341, folio 96, page MU 6.585, 5th inscription.

The information and personal data collected through this "website" will be stored and managed by the Data Controller, with due confidentiality for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, and which are set out in this Privacy Policy. The "Web site" undertakes to apply the appropriate computer security measures for their protection, established in the aforementioned regulations, with the aim of preventing access to or improper use of the data, their manipulation, deterioration or loss.

Processing purposes

The user is informed that the personal data provided through the forms established on the website will be processed for the purpose of properly managing the relationship established through the same, and for commercial purposes if so authorised.

The user undertakes to provide truthful personal data and undertakes to notify any change or modification thereof.
