The Personal Data Protection Policy establishes the principles and guidelines that must govern the protection of personal data, guaranteeing, in all cases, compliance with the applicable legislation.
This Privacy Policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" and, where not provided for in this Regulation, with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing the Organic Law on Data Protection, and Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.
This website collects personal data necessary for the management and maintenance of some of the services provided.
Inurban SAU, with Tax Identification Number A30135875, with registered office at Carretera de Villena, Km. 1, Yecla (Murcia), post code 30510, is responsible for the processing of the data as owner of the "website". It is registered in the Mercantile Register of Murcia, Volume 341, folio 96, page MU 6.585, 5th inscription.
The information and personal data collected through this "website" will be stored and managed by the Data Controller, with due confidentiality for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, and which are set out in this Privacy Policy. The "Web site" undertakes to apply the appropriate computer security measures for their protection, established in the aforementioned regulations, with the aim of preventing access to or improper use of the data, their manipulation, deterioration or loss.
The user is informed that the personal data provided through the forms established on the website will be processed for the purpose of properly managing the relationship established through the same, and for commercial purposes if so authorised.
The user undertakes to provide truthful personal data and undertakes to notify any change or modification thereof. In the event that the user provides personal data of third parties, the user is responsible for having informed and obtained the consent of these to be provided for the purposes indicated. Any loss or damage caused to the website, to the person responsible for it or to a third party through the communication of inaccurate, erroneous or incomplete information in the registration forms, will be your responsibility.
Failure to provide mandatory information may mean that it is not possible to manage your registration as a user or the use of certain functionalities or services available on the "Web site".
The services available through the "Website" may not be used by minors under 18 years of age without prior authorisation from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for the actions carried out through the "Website" by the minors in their care. Insofar as "Inurban" does not have the capacity to know the true age of users, parents or legal guardians must provide the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the website and providing personal data without their supervision, excluding the Controller or Owner of this Website from all liability.
The Data Controller shall process personal data for the purpose of dealing with communications received through the online forms on this website, or received through the electronic means by which any user contacts Inurban SAU. They may also be processed for the purpose of communicating with users via e-mail, telephone calls or other equivalent electronic means of communication, in relation to queries made and services contracted, where applicable, provided that this is reasonable and/or necessary for their execution.
The "Web site" will inform users, through any means of communication, including telematic, about its products or services, provided that the user expressly authorises and consents to it. If the user does not wish to receive such commercial information, he/she must keep the corresponding box unchecked when entering his/her personal data. The Data Controller informs the user that personal data will not be communicated or transferred to third party companies without the prior consent of the user, unless the transfer of the data is necessary for the provision of the service or for the maintenance of the relationship with the user, in which case the user will be informed beforehand.
In those cases in which the transfer of data is necessary to carry out the purpose established in this Policy, the user will be informed of the purpose of the processing and of the identity and sectors of activity of the possible transferees, being previously offered the possibility of accepting or not the transfer of their personal data.
The Data Controller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your Personal Data and to guarantee you the exercise of your rights. At any time, users may exercise their rights to information, access, rectification, deletion, restriction, opposition, the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions and portability by contacting the e-mail address protecciondedatos@inurban.es.
In order to exercise these rights, users must prove their identity by providing their name and surname, a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document, the petition in which the request is made, the address for the purpose of notifications, and the date and signature of the applicant.
Likewise, the user will have the right to revoke the consent granted for the processing of their data, by sending an e-mail to protecciondedatos@inurban.es or by writing to the address Carretera de Villena, Km. 1 in Yecla (Murcia), post code 30510. In this case, the Data Controller will have a maximum period of one month from receipt of the revocation of consent to cease processing the personal data. If the user so requests, the Data Controller must confirm the cessation of the processing of his/her personal data.
Finally, if the user considers that the processing of his or her personal data infringes the applicable regulations, he or she shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, without prejudice to any other relevant administrative remedy or judicial action.
This Privacy Policy may be reviewed, updated and modified at any time, and "Inurban" shall inform users via the e-mail address provided when filling in the form. Even so, it is necessary for the user to review it periodically or each time he/she accesses the "website" in order to be properly informed about the type of data collected and their automated processing.
The user must tick only one of the following boxes to show whether or not he/she accepts the transfer of his/her data to third parties:
