In the agreement reached with InurbanThe fund undertook to acquire the warehouse upon completion, with a view to placing it on the market for lease. It should be noted that Talus, based in Madrid and Barcelona, is a leading real estate investment platform, which plays the role of partner and manager of international funds.

Strategically located in the Polígono Mediterráneo in Albuixech, in the first logistics ring of Valencia, with a surface area of 44,589 m², this logistics complex is the largest asset available on the market today. Divided into five modules with flexible dimensions ranging from 7,700 to 42,000 square metres, this space is the only one capable of supporting XXL operations.
